On April 11, President Wang Guoyin and Vice President Huang Yongyi, together with main principals from theOffice for International Cooperation and Exchanges and the College of Chemistry, met with a group led by RectorGalina Vitalievna Merzlyakova of Udmurt State University.

President Wang Guoyin welcomed the visiting group and expressed sincere hope to promote cooperation in education, disciplinary construction and academic exchanges between the two universities.

Vice President Huang Yongyi introduced the history of CNU, as well as its disciplinary features and international developmentachievements, wishing that the two universities could work together to provide a broader platform for international exchange between teachers and students in both universities and support each other in further advancement of education research.

RectorGalina Vitalievna Merzlyakova thanked CNU for the warm reception, and gave a detailed introduction to Udmurt State University's disciplinary strengths and achievements in international cooperation. She also expressed that Udmurt State University values the cooperation with CNU, and will be ready to build a multi-dimensional cooperation framework for cultural and educational exchanges, as well as for new breakthroughs in scientific research and talent development between the two sides in forms of mutual visits, academic exchanges or otherwise.

Subsequently, the visiting group was ushered to the International College of Chinese Language and Culture and the College of Chemistry for exchange.
