On November 9, the 2nd “Talk in Chongqing” Foreign Language Speech Contest Final hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government andChongqing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries took place at the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, with participation of thirty contestants. After several rounds of fierce competition, Joshua, a Rwandan international student from Chongqing Normal University, was awarded thethird prize for the Chinese language group with his presentation titled“My First City of Learning Chinese– ‘Agreeable’ Chongqing”.
