Recently, the Demonstrative Functional Body of Sino-Russia Cooperative Music Education– Chongqing Tchaikovsky Conservatory Construction Project of Chongqing Normal University was approved for implementation, as indicated in the Circular of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission and Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Finance on Publishing the List of Inland Open Education Highland Construction Projects Approved for Implementation and Reservation (YJWH [2024]No. 27). It is a signature project of Sino-foreign cooperative education relied upon by the University to proceed with high-level open schooling, intending to enrich China-Russia exchanges in music art, gather high-level music masters from all over the world, produce high-quality music talents, deliver high-level research outcomes and high-standard music works, inherit high-quality music culture, and promote mutual integration of art education and the cultural industry, so as to contribute to the formation of a leading inland open international cooperation cluster in Chongqing.
