On March 10, 2026, Zhang Yan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Normal University, met with a delegation led by Liang Huan, Chairman of the Cambridge Scholars Innovation Academy, and held talks at the university to promote multi-field cooperation and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism. Zhang Yan introduced the university's development, proposed cooperation in teacher education, student-faculty exchanges, expert recruitment, and resource sharing, and outlined the "four combinations" cooperation principles. Liang Huan spoke highly of the university's achievements in open education, introduced the academy's related work, and pledged full efforts to implement the cooperation.
