On December 23, 2015, inthemeeting to promote "Training Project for Young Marxists" held by Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and All-China Students' Federation, Chongqing Normal Universitywas nominated as one of the first 28national research training bases (colleges and universities) of "Training Project for Young Marxists". The main function of the base covers theoretical research, curriculum development, demonstration and training, consulting and think-tanks and so on.
