According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, Chongqing Normal university plans to enroll international students for the Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School Program this year. Applicants may submit their applications based on the eligibility criteria outlined in the announcement.

I. Eligibility

Foreign students and scholars currently enrolled in undergraduate programs or above at overseas institutions of higher learning, as well as in-service teachers and young researchers.

Note:Foreign students and scholars in China currently enrolled in undergraduate programs or above institutions of higher learning, as well as in-service teachers and young researchers can not apply those programs.

II. Programs

For a detailed introduction and arrangement of the project, please refer to the attached document "Introduction to the China Government Golden International Summer Program of Chongqing Normal University".

III. Funding content

The China Scholarship Council will provide financial support for tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses and comprehensive medical insurance premiums in accordance with the standards of the Chinese Government Scholarship Summer School for different professional categories. Participants shall pay the airfares.

Based on actual enrollment, the school will determine whether to proceed with the project and may provide additional funding to cover the costs exceeding the standard budget, as appropriate.

2. Summer School on the Teaching Competence Improvement for K-12 International Chinese Teachers and Chinese Educational Modernization: 28/05/2026.

3. Summer School on China–Brazil Frontiers in Black Hole Physics: 30/06/2026.

Recruitment will continue until all positions are filled based on the number of participants in each project.
