重庆市人民政府：
2019年9月23日至9月30日，应第八届世界生态恢复会议（SER）的邀请，重庆师范大学教授杨善彬和郑红顺利完成了赴南非参加第八届世界生态恢复会议的工作任务。现将此行出访简要总结如下。
一、出访行程
代表团本次出访期间在外停留8天时间，严格按照重庆市政府批文规定的路线和行程，认真高效地完成了出访任务，达到了预期目标。行程及访问基本情况如下。
9月23日, 乘机从重庆飞北京（航班号 CZ3240，11：25重庆起飞， 14：10抵达北京首都国际机场）
9月24日，凌晨0:10从北京出发乘飞机（ET605航班）经亚的斯亚贝巴于当地时间9月24日下午13:45到达南非开普敦（ET847航班）。下午:乘汽车从开普敦国际机场机场到开普敦市区，入住酒店，并办理会议注册，地点：世纪城会议中心。
9月25日，世纪会议中心。
上午：大会开幕式，会议组织者Azzam Alwash 和Tangu Tumeo介绍会议议程和工作任务。
下午：参加会议听Dr. Azzam做题为“Harnessing the potential of priority effects of order of species arrival to improve ecological restoration outcomes)，”Dr. Tangu Tumeo做题为“Restoration as a critical tool for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals”和Dr. TumeoLindiwe Nonceba Sisulu做题为“partnerships (positive species interactions) to increase coastal restoration success S13 Opportunities for African mineral extraction sites to increase resilience for land, biodiversity and water, with a positive impact for local communities)”及Dr. Wanja Dorothy Nyingi做题为“Amazon forest ecological restoration: Challenges of high biodiversity and land-use conflict”等专家的主题报告。
9月26日，世纪会议中心。
上午杨善斌做题为“Variations of nutrient content in Penthorum chinense Pursh under different ecological enviroment”的报告。并听取了 Dr. Lindiwe Nonceba Sisulu做题为“Alpine grassland restoration: From structure to function”和Dr. Christo Marais做题为“Shifting the role of science in community-based landscape restoration: From science FOR to science WITH society”等专家的主题报告。
下午：参加会议听取了Dr. Wenying Wang做题为“Harnessing the potential of priority effects of order of species arrival to improve ecological restoration outcomes）”，Dr. Lucy Emerton做题为“Managing alien invasive species to restore aquatic ecosystems in South Africa”， Dr. Leah Carriere做题为“Tropical forests”和Dr. boze Hancock做题为“Recovery by nature: Ecological restoration through spontaneous succession”等专家的主题报告。
2019年9月27日，世纪会议中心。
上午听取Dr. Guy Preston做题为“Workshop on Best Practice for Financing and Implementation of Ecological infrastructure Projects in South Africa”），Dr. Musonda Mumba做题为“Unlocking ecological infrastructure investment to scale up ecological restoration with socio-economic benefits”等专家的主题报告。
下午由郑红做题为“Molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and flow-injection chemiluminescence sensor for trace analysis of dimetridazole in water”的报告。并听取了Leah Carriere做题为“Saving threatened species through ecological restoration”和Boze Hancock做题为“Soils, seedlings, and societies: Addressing limiting factors to increase post-planting growth and survival”等专家的主题报告。
2019年9月28日，世纪会议中心。
上午听Dr. Wanjia Dorothy做题为“Can we move beyond tradition: Embracing innovation in the new era of restoration?”， Musonda Mumba做题为“Land restoration for improved livelihood in Africa: Challenges and opportunities”）和Dr. Bob Scholes做题为“Enhancing forest restoration in Africa: How to select species and deliver restoration that benefits people and biodiversity”等教授的主题报告。
下午分组讨论。来自世界各地的个人和组织一起交流研究成果，实践和新想法。
9月29日-9月30日
于当地时间9月29日下午18:20乘EK0771航班从南非开普敦飞往迪拜，于9月30日05:45抵达迪拜后，转乘EK0308航班飞往北京。于北京时间9月30日22:10到达北京。
10月1日
乘机从北京飞重庆（航班号 CA1435，17：00北京起飞，19：50抵达重庆江北机场）
二、取得成果
这次会议，有70多个国家800多人参加，其中中国代表团41人(不含台湾、香港、澳门地区)，中国有2个专场报告。我们参加了北师大组织的专场并做了有关药物生态方面的研究工作，增加我校在药物生态领域的知名度和影响力，同时和与会者进行了广泛的学术交流和讨论。同时促进了未来相关领域研究的国际交流与合作。第八次项目会议明确了下一阶段的工作任务，畅谈下次2021年在韩国召开第9届世界生态恢复会议时，中国代表团更大更强，争取2025年在中国北京召开！。
