On October 23rd, 2018, Mr. Lorne Parker, Deputy Director of Education Bureau in Edmoton, Alberta, Canada along with Mr. Li wei, President of the Confucius Institute in Edmonton visited Chongqing Normal University.

Guan Pin, Director of Office for International Cooperation and Exchange, warmly welcomed the guests. The Leaders of Affiliated Primary School and Middle School of CNU briefly introduced the construction and education situation. Mr. Parker and President Li also briefly introduced the cooperation between the Education Bureau of Edmonton city and other Chinese schools. Finally, the both sides reached a common intention of cooperation in China and Canada.
